Know the feeling dude. You're still young though so I'm sure it will work itself out. I didn't fully conquer my anxiety until about 2 years ago. You just have to say fuck it and actually finish something. And when you get negative reviews or comments about the game you just have to roll with the punches and tell yourself you will make something great one day. And you will - so long as you never give up.
